program policies and procedures

• mEticket is easy to use. Your card is valid every single day of the 2006-2007 ski and snowboard season, including weekends and holidays. Simply present your mEticket card and a valid photo ID at the ticket window.

• Your card may be used only once per day. You may use your mEticket to obtain single- or multi-day lift tickets to the limit of the number of days left remaining on your card. Because you're the only person authorized to use your card, be sure to tell your friends about the great savings mEticket offers!

• Beginning March 15, 2007, you can use any or all remaining days on your card at once… and treat your friends or family! For example, if you have five days beginning March 15, 2007, you can bring one friend one day and two the next. You must present your mEticket at the ticket window in order to give days of skiing to others. Please note that reselling lift tickets, including those obtained with your mEticket card, is illegal. Misuse of your mEticket will result in forfeiture of the card and all remaining days.

• All mEticket cards and all days purchased expire at the end of the 2006-2007 ski season or June 15, 2007, whichever comes first. Please be certain to order the appropriate number of days. Sorry, but there are no credits or refunds for unused days.

• If you're having so much fun that you run out of days, you can purchase another mEticket.

• mEtickets are honored at the following American Skiing Company resorts: Attitash (New Hampshire), Killington/Pico and Mount Snow (Vermont), Sunday River and Sugarloaf/USA (Maine), The Canyons (Utah), and Steamboat (Colorado).

• mEticket was created exclusively to reward dedicated, loyal skiers and riders like you. That's why your mEticket card is non-transferable, non-refundable, may not be resold, has no cash value and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional program. For example, a lift ticket acquired with a mEticket card cannot be used to obtain complimentary children's tickets at resorts where kids 12 and under ski free when a parent purchases a lift ticket.

• mEticket cards are valid only for lift tickets. We cannot accept them for other products or services.

• Please note that by purchasing and redeeming mEticket cards, you agree to accept all rules and restrictions of the resort issuing the lift ticket and accept all risks associated with the use of resort facilities, including but not limited to those described on the lift ticket.

• Please take good care of your mEticket card. American Skiing Company and its resorts cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen cards. A $20 fee will be charged to replace missing cards. mEticket cards are the property of the American Skiing Company and must be surrendered on demand in the event of misuse or abuse.

• American Skiing Company reserves the right to change the mEticket program policies & procedures and participating resorts at any time without notice.
