mEticket® Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I use my mEticket?
mEtickets are honored exclusively at the following American Skiing Company resorts:
Attitash (New Hampshire), Killington/Pico and Mount Snow (Vermont), Sunday River and Sugarloaf/USA (Maine), The Canyons (Utah), and Steamboat (Colorado).
Can I share a mEticket with my spouse, or obtain more than one lift ticket per day with mEticket?
Your mEticket card is non-transferable, may be used only once per day, and may be used only by you. However, beginning March 15, 2007, there’s an added benefit: you may obtain as many lift tickets per day as remain on your card -- enabling you to treat friends or family to a day of skiing or riding. Please note: mEticket days do not carry over to next season and that there are no refunds or credits issued for unused days, so you'll need to use all of your mEticket days before the end of the season.
Can I use my mEticket with lift and lodging packages?
Each participating resort has special lodging offers for mEticket holders. Contact your favorite resort for details.
Can I use my mEticket to obtain multi-day lift tickets?
Yes. Please note that the number of days cannot exceed the number of days remaining on your mEticket card. For example, if you have three days remaining on your mEticket, you cannot use the card to obtain a five-day lift ticket by paying the difference. You can obtain a three-day lift ticket, then purchase the remaining days once the three-day ticket has expired.
Can I go directly to the lifts with my mEticket?
No. You must go to a ticket window and get a lift ticket each time you use your mEticket. Please remember to bring your mEticket card and a valid photo ID. For children under the age of 16, we accept school IDs. If a parent is on hand, no ID for the child is necessary.
How can I get more than twelve days of skiing or riding with mEticket?
When you run out of days on your mEticket, you may purchase another mEticket card. If you primarily ski our eastern resorts and you think you’ll be skiing or riding more than 12 days this season, the All For One pass just may be the right product for you. Check it out at www.AllForOnePass.com.
When does the mEticket product offer end?
The 2006-2007 mEtickets are available for purchase through March 1, 2007.
If I have a junior, senior, or young adult mEticket, can I treat my adult friends and family to skiing beginning March 15, 2007?
You may not exchange a day on a junior or senior mEticket for an adult lift ticket, but we will accept the value of the price per day you paid for that day towards the purchase of a regular adult lift ticket.
If I have an adult mEticket and wish to treat a junior, senior or young adult skier beginning March 15, 2007, can I get money back or more than one lift ticket for juniors/seniors?
No. You can use your mEticket day to treat your friend, but you will not receive any money or additional credit in return.
Can I use mEticket to receive EDGE Ò points?
mEticket Cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, including EDGE points.
Is there a mEticket for college students?
mEtickets are offered for juniors (ages 6-12), young adults (ages 13-18), adults (ages 19-64), and seniors (ages 65+). We recommend College Season Passes as the best way for full-time college students to save.
If I use my mEticket at a resort where kids younger than 12 ski free with an adult lift ticket purchase, will my child receive a lift ticket?
Sorry, but no. mEticket Cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, including kids 12 and under ski free.
Can I buy a mEticket at a resort?
Yes, you can purchase a mEticket at Attitash (New Hampshire), Killington/Pico and Mount Snow (Vermont), Sunday River and Sugarloaf/USA (Maine), The Canyons (Utah), and Steamboat (Colorado).
I have Reward Certificates, Gift Certificates or credit vouchers. How can I use them towards the mEticket?
These ‘credits’ may be applied toward the purchase of mEtickets that are bought at the resort only. Sorry, but at this time Reward Certificates, Gift Certificates or credit vouchers cannot be used when purchasing mEtickets online.
