About this project: This set of email designs is just a sample from an ellaborate series from the 5-star property in West Virginia. Aside from standardized newsletters and promotional communications, a strategic series of customized pre and pos-stay correspondences was designed to touch customers in a timely manner, heigtening their awareness and anticipation while increasing upsell opportunities.
